Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the pet fashion items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
